Service Policy

We accept limited amount of pianos for repair and restoration in order to provide quick turnarounds and detailed attention to every case. Turnarounds are 7-10 business days in most cases. Clients are required to pickup their items within a week from the date the items are ready. Failure to notify us of cancellation will compromise future reservation privileges.
